Report an Accident or incident
Pease Use these forms to notify Lyme Regis Harbour of any accidents or inceidents within Harbour juristiction:
When reporting a safety and or navigation accident/incident within the Harbour, please ensure you complete after having called the correct authority (guidance below) in the first instance:
- In an emergency or if there is a serious incident. Call 999 and ask for the Coastguard if the incident is in any way water-related. The Coastguard will contact any other emergency services (police, ambulance, fire, lifeboat) that are considered necessary. The Coastguard will also contact the Harbour Staff if appropriate, especially if the Harbour Office is closed.
- When the Harbour Office is open*. Please report non-serious incidents and any other useful information directly to the Harbour Staff either in person, by completing this form or calling 01297 442137.
Harbour Office: Summer Hours 08:00 - 18:00 Monday - Friday & 7:00 - 19:00 Saturday - Sunday
Admin Office: 09:00 - 16:30 Monday to Friday
Winter Hours 09:00 - 16:00 Monday - Friday
